Sr. HR Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s employee database and HR reports
- Execute onboarding process
- Maintain records of personnel-related data including time labor
- Review and manage employees’ benefits & logistics after hiring
- Document and handle all employees’ complaints and feedback
- Ensure issuing all governmental periodical payments checks on time and reconciliation of settlements in
- coordination with the finance department
- Screen resumes & conduct initial phone screens
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related activities
Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
Professional Experience:
2-4 years
Technical Skills:
- Professional use of Excel
- Labor low excellent knowledge is a must
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Power point, word…)
Interpersonal Skills:
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Communication and presentations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skill
- Fluent English
