Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the organization’s employee database and HR reports 
  • Execute onboarding process 
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data including time labor 
  • Review and manage employees’ benefits & logistics after hiring 
  • Document and handle all employees’ complaints and feedback
  • Ensure issuing all governmental periodical payments checks on time and reconciliation of settlements in
  • coordination with the finance department 
  • Screen resumes & conduct initial phone screens 
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related activities 

Job Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field 
Additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus 
Professional Experience: 
2-4 years 

Technical Skills: 

  • Professional use of Excel  
  • Labor low excellent knowledge is a must
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position 
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices 
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Power point, word…) 

Interpersonal Skills: 

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving 
  • Communication and presentations 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality 
  • Good organizational and time management skill 
  • Fluent English
