Hisham is the Chairman and CEO of egabi Holding, Sanad's extensive experience in the IT Industry spans over 35 years, and he is known for his notable expertise in business and organizational planning, as well as his expert knowledge of regional markets, various economic sectors, and services provided by the ICT sector.
In 2006, Hisham co-founded egabi, which has since become a prominent player in the IT solutions and services industry. He earned a BSc in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Ain Shams University in 1987, and graduated from the Strategic Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2004.

Ashraf is the Vice Chairman and CCO of egabi, where he leads business development and partnerships for the company.
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1986, Ashraf co-founded Solutions Technology and Services (STS) in the early 1990s. The company was acquired by Raya in 2000, marking Ashraf's first successful exit.
Ashraf was the Managing Director of LINKdotNET from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, he joined BSD and led a rebranding effort that resulted in the launch of egabi. Ashraf currently works as Vice Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer at egabi, where he leads business development and partnerships.
Throughout his career, Ashraf has established himself as a visionary technology leader. He founded and developed several companies, orchestrated strategic acquisitions, and built partnerships with leading organizations. His technical expertise, business savvy, and talent for navigating change have been instrumental in his success and the success of the companies he has been a part of. Ashraf is well-positioned to continue making an impact on the Middle East's technology sector in his current role at egabi.

Sherif is the Managing Director of Operations at egabi, where he has established a record of success in driving sales, operations, and channel management. With over 30 years of experience in business, sales, and operations management for regional information technology services organizations, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry and is well-positioned to deliver value to customers, partners, and colleagues in various solutions adoption phases.
Leveraging his background in solutions delivery and national-wide software implementation projects, Sherif has successfully extended his experience to help drive success for egabi. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and Automatic Control.
In addition to his work with egabi, Sherif is an active member of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, where he remains committed to driving innovation and excellence in the industry. His unique combination of experience, education, and expertise make him a valuable asset to the egabi team and a respected leader within the IT community.

Wael El Monairy is the Regional Managing Director at egabi. In this role, he is managing Sales and Business Development activities of vertical sectors in Egypt and across different industries within GCC. Wael brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry to egabi.
Wael joined egabi in 2006 as a Professional Services Delivery Manager. In 2009, he took on the opportunity to establish egabi Learn, the company's training arm. By mid-2012, Wael assumed responsibility for egabi ERP unit as Unit Manager, focusing on enterprise resource planning applications business development across the region.
Throughout his career, Wael has gained extensive experience in IT operations management, ERP applications management, project management, service delivery management, and team management. He has been involved in regional projects for enterprise development and ERP solutions in various sectors, including security and defense. Wael holds an MBA from George Washington University as well as a DBA from Ain Shams University.

Yasser is the Managing Director of ITO at egabi, where he leads the company's IT outsourcing business. Yasser brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry to egabi, leveraging his background in strategic and national projects through sales and delivery operations.
Yasser earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1993. Earlier in his career, Yasser joined Raya Software in 1999 as a Technical Sales representative. He was steadily promoted within the company until reaching the position of General Manager at Raya Saudi in 2006. In 2008, Yasser joined egabi to establish its Saudi branch. Under his leadership, the Saudi branch grew its business to $8 million in revenue.
Throughout his career, Yasser has established a proven track record of managing IT services, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth. His experience and expertise in digital transformation and IT strategies contribute to egabi 's capabilities and value to clients.

Rana is the Human Resources Director of egabi. Joining egabi in 2007, she maintained and expanded the Human Capital Practice throughout the years with reliable HR team members, in addition to supporting the company's growth and diversification across different technologies, sectors, and countries.
Rana has 19+ years of progression, exposure to the IT Industry, an understanding of the community culture, and deep experience in all Human Resources Management functions and Business reporting.

Hussein is the Solutions Management Director at egabi, currently managing the business development of AI/ML Technologies. Joining egabi in 2022, with his broad knowledge in multi-engineering disciplines and physics in addition to his exposure to several industrial domains he helped the company establish Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning practices.
Hussein has 29+ years of experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering with a blend of academia and industry. He earned his Ph.D. in 2005.

Mohie is the Accounting, Taxation, and Administration Director of egabi. He joined egabi in 2009 and added significant value to egabi’s accounting department with his deep experience in the banking sector and extensive knowledge of the implementation of accounting systems.
Mohie has 38+ years of experience. He started his accounting career by joining the Arab Land Bank till promoted to the Deputy General Manager of the Computer for Banking Systems Applications. During his journey with banks, he was assigned to one of the bank's companies assuming the role of Financial Manager.

Mohamed is the Digital Government - Delivery Technical Director. He Joined egabi in 2009 and is currently responsible for the management, planning, and delivery of digital government projects across MEA.
Mohamed has17+ years of experience, specializing in the software industry covering architectures and technology delivery. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and delivered various regional projects counting on his deep hands-on technical experience.
