Main Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of achieving timely the value of assigned quota across different services. 
  • Develop new needs for the existing customers by exploring their problems to find the appropriate solution that expand the business opportunities.
  • Open new business opportunities and obtained new client through different sectors coverage to increase the market share & increase the company’s profits
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts 
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships 
  • Following up on leads by winning new clients targeting a growing pipeline 
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio 
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions according to customer expected standards
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes 
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry 

Job Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent filed 
Professional Experience
5-7 years in business development, sales or account management in SW industry

Technical Skills: 

  • Experience managing large account portfolios 
  • Solid experience in software applications/services is a must 
  • Experienced in ICT solutions in Egyptian government 
  • Strong customer service and project management skills 

Interpersonal Skills: 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented 
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize 
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure 
  • Fluent English
